Black History Month is also a time to celebrate the accomplishments of Black Americans.......

Would you ever guess that some of the most amazing creations were founded, created, designed, and/or established by Black Americans??

Here are a few things to name a few: ironing board, door knob, traffic light, dust pan, air conditioning, guitar, hair brush, mail-box, lantern, lawn mower, typewriter, stove, refrigerator, rolling pin, lunch pail, peanut butter, blood plasma bag, chess, jazz and many everyday things we use and take for granted...

Celebrate the differences of others...embrace different cultures, ethnic groups, races, and genders....
